Who we are

Showloader (the “Service”) is operated by Unseen AI. Organizations subscribe to the Service to generate promotional artwork for their programming. For the content an organization's team enters into the Service, Unseen AI acts as a processor on behalf of that organization.

Information we process

• Account data — names, email addresses and (hashed) passwords of team members.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and the subscription status. We never see full card details.
• Organization settings — email templates and attachments, and the names, email addresses and phone numbers an organization enters as senders or contacts.
• Brand materials — logos and fonts an organization provides so we can build its templates.
• Email recipients — a name and email address entered when a team member emails a cover, used only to deliver that email.
• Show recordings (only with the auto-archiver) — audio of uploaded shows, sent to a music recognition service to identify the tracks played. The recognized tracks and genres are used to update your archive.
• Images — photos uploaded to the generators are processed in the browser and are not stored on our servers, except when a team member emails a cover (sent via our email provider) or saves it to their own Google Drive.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and we do not sell data. A single essential cookie keeps you signed in.

Google Drive

If an organization connects Google Drive, we request the drive.file scope, which only gives access to files and folders the Service itself creates. We use it solely to create a folder and upload covers that a team member chooses to save. The access token is stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time from the Service's settings or the Google account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and organization data while the subscription is active and delete it on request after it ends. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing support@showloader.com.
