Spend less time on repetitive tasks and more on your curation & connections

Showloader grew out of a radio station. Over the past year and a half, its team built a set of tools to simplify the most time-consuming parts of running a creative hub with regular performers, like a radio station or club. Places like these often run on voluntary or low-paid hours, and those hours are better spent on things that can't be automated.

With the tools in place, the team can focus on the real work (curation, collaborations, funding) instead of the manual, repetitive tasks that come with a full programme. Communication has become more professional and consistent along the way.

Starting today, other radio stations, clubs and event promoters can use the same tools.

What's included

Imagine each of these with your own logo, colors, fonts and layout.

  1. 1

Show covers, confirmation email and archive

Make a show cover in a simple web tool, so nobody has to open Photoshop for it. From the same screen you send the performer a confirmation email based on your own template, with all the practical information in it. The cover can go straight into your Google Drive, so it's archived if you need it later.

  2. 2

    Daily line-up visuals

Visuals for posting the day's line-up, filled in from the shows you enter.

  3. 3

    Staff pick visuals

Visuals for sharing your team's staff picks.

  4. 4

    Auto-archiver

Once a show is uploaded, the archiver listens to it, identifies the tracks that were played and picks the three most frequent genres. Your archive page updates itself, so there's no more tagging genres by hand.

These tools are in daily use today. As the community grows, new features will be added based on your feedback.

What it costs

The subscription includes one template for each tool, for example one way of showing the date, website, logo and name on your show cover.

Each later round of changes to your templates costs a one-off €50. You can bundle several changes in one round, like a new font and a new logo.

The auto-archiver is optional. It relies on a third-party service that costs an extra €0.06 per uploaded hour of audio. Signing up with that service needs a credit card.

Prices are kept as low as possible. The goal is to help more radio stations, clubs and event promoters work more efficiently, and the time it saves a team makes it well worth it.

You'll use this to log in. You can invite your team afterwards.
