The service
Showloader is provided by Unseen AI on a subscription basis. The organization that subscribes (the “Customer”) may invite its team members to use the Service on its behalf and is responsible for their use of it.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law. If a payment fails, access may be paused until it succeeds.
Your content
You keep all rights to the images, logos, fonts and text you provide, upload or create. You confirm that you have the rights to use them — including web licenses for any fonts you give us for your templates — and you grant us only the permissions needed to operate the Service for you.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service for unlawful content, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to interfere with the Service or other customers.
Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unseen AI's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the twelve months before the claim.
